Born Daniele, known as StelvioMan.

At first glance, in civilian clothes, you would never think of finding yourself in front of a cyclist capable of accumulating a few hundreds (of thousands) of vertical meters every year. 

Also because Bormio is certainly not Cesenatico and here cycling mainly means only in summer. 

To tell the truth, if you are lucky enough to ride with him, doubts begin to vanish as soon as you hook the pedal. It is as soon as the road begins to rear up that you understand that Daniele is really someone who is at one with the bike the Stelvio climb.

Always with respect and reverence, let's be clear: it is not for no reason that he is StelvioMan and he is literally married to the King of the Alps.

Having had the good fortune to meet him, he allowed me to find a second home within the walls of the Hotel Funivia that he manages with his wife Elisa. A place where passion, warmth and a laughter, create the ideal mix for those who decide to ride the bends of the Stelvio, the impossible slopes of the Mortirolo or among the beauties of the Cancano Lakes.
